Terms and Conditions

Toys Cafe wants happy and returning customer. We offer hassle free returns. We inspect every item before shipping.

Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice.
Items purchased in quantities of 3 (or more) of the same item, are not eligible for returns.
If for any reason you are not happy with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Toys Cafe within 7 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement.
A prompt refund or replacement will be credited after the returned item is delivered and inspected.
